Step 1:
We developed a trial retrieval and data aggregation module which retrieves all ongoing cancer related trials from ClinicalTrials.gov on a daily basis.

Once daily, we deploy a trial update monitor to identify trials associated with change events per ClinicalTrials.gov.

We use our natural language processing module to identify entities of interest (e.g. biomarkers, cancer types, drugs) in the change text and provide our prediction in the output.
